One of my favorite things to take in my lunch is a grilled chicken salad. It is so easy since you can buy a bag of pre-washed, pre-cut romaine lettuce, and a bag a pre-cooked grilled chicken and then toss the two together when you get home. I bought a take along salad container at a kitchen supply store like Linen's and Things or Bed, Bath and Beyond. There is a separate section on the top that holds the dressing until you are ready and the bowl on the bottom that holds that salad. The one that I have also has a freezer pack that fits between the two and keeps the salad cold and crisp without having to keep it in the fridge. When you are ready to eat, all you have to do is take the freezer pack out, put the lid back on, press the button for the dressing, and shake it up. It makes the perfect and healthy lunch! Hope this helps!

Sandwiches, fruit, and cut-up veggies. It's what I take to lunch at work very often. If you freeze a water bottle the night before and put in it your lunch sack, it will keep everything nice and cool and be perfectly thawed out in time for lunch.

Pasta salad, fruit and bottled water. Take a packet of krystal light to school and leave in your locker. If you want to add flavor to the water from time to time but don't want the sugar that juices or sodas have.
