and when i try to download them to the program they dont appear what is wrong? what do i need to do?

As with any 3rd party software you want to launch you will need to locate the Adobe Folder and open it and scroll through and find the Brushes that came with the original software, then drag the downloaded folder in there and double click to open and unzip the file to activate it.
