Well, drop the word "exactly" and sure you can. Depends on what features you want to compare and how close the comparison has to be to be considered a match.

Is 5'2" close enough to 5'1" to be a match? Are brown eyes, but slightly different shades, a match.

To say - there is a great resemblence - then yes there certainly can be. To say look exactly like...no.

some years back, I organized a family reunion. ALMOST ALL of the cousins were 5th, 6th, etc.. people who had never seen each other before, raised in opposite sides of the country, so forth.
I wasn't the only one who was flat stunned, to see several of them who looked very much alike, had similiar gestures, etc. When you collect old family pics, you can often see the similarity.
I really get bugged with the questions here about "can you tell my nationality from this pic?". Appearance is not research, nor does is guarantee anything. But, looking like your distant relatives... yeah, that is totally common.

not exactly because your genes have been shuffled much, and you're not their twin, but sometimes the specific genes that are particular to your family make up can crop up with great similarities to not just close relatives, but past relatives too, probably because those genes were strong.

Wow! My g-g-g-grandma was born BEFORE the Revolutionary War! (All of them!)
But, yes, people often look more like a grandparent, etc., than their own parents.
Now you have me wondering what my g-g-g-(whatever) looked like!
