Happiness does not require Christianity, nor being a Christian. The Christian claim is not that outside the faith there is no happiness, but rather that there are many good ways to live one's life, but there is only one best way. The Christian faith (one definition, IMO) is a search for the best way for people to live among all the good ways people can, and do, actually live. The Christian claim is that there is a set of virtues required for any good life: courage, generosity, patience, friendship, justice and the like. However, the claim extends to three additional virtues not available without some encounter with the divine: hope, faith and charity.
So, I am delighted that you are happy.

Do you go to Church? If you do, ask about the different programs they have to help people. They usually have a benevalance program, a prison ministry, write notes to shut in's, those that are sick and many other opportunities to do good for people. If you are not in Church, look for one that goes by the Bible, and baptizes for the forgivness of sin. You said "the things I do best seems to be useless things." Nothing you can do well is useless. What ever you are capable of doing, do it to the best of your ability giving God the glory and praise that he gave you something to be good at. If you are good at taking instructions and carrying them out, that is good. A lot of people can't do that. You said you have gotten more raises than people who have been working there longer than you have. So they must respect you and you must be doing a good job. Don't hang you head in sham, be proud of your accomplishments. We have people at Church that put the visitors cards and penciles in the back of the pews. That is a very important job and one that has to be done. They can't teach or do a lot of other things but they can do that job and do it well. It takes all kinds of different talents to make a Church run smoothly. If we were all good at teaching, who would do all the other jobs that need to be done? If you could go back to school, that would be great. Even a trade school would be good. Check the hospitals, see what education you need to be a paramedic. They save lives all the time. It might be something you would enjoy doing. That way you are helping people plus getting paid for it. Good luck and Blessings

Um... okay, you started out with me listening to you and then you had to end it by saying, " I am god i make heaven i make hell, the world is mine."
Okay, you lost me there. But, if you were serious about this question, I would have told you that happiness is just an emotion and it can quickly leave you. Stop thinking in the short term and start thinking long term. The long term thinker pays things off, sets up his finances, friends, and family and picks out a great retirement plan for the future. Do you have your eternal retirement picked out?

"the fool hath said in his heart, there is no God."
im sorry friend, but you are gravely mistaken. you can't afford to be ignorant on this earth, this is the place of trial and testing. and if you're living high, wide and handsome, just keep waiting. you'll eventually be tried, and all the good you rely on will not matter. the only good thing that we have with us at all times is the hope we have in the Lord, to know that He is faithful and willing to calm every storm we enter into.
God doesn't give me a good life because im living in fear of hell... you have it upside down. i love God and am satisfied in Him because He saved me from hell. God doesn't have to take your life to prove He is God to you, He can stop giving it. you only breath because of God, you only rest because of God... everything you call good in your life, wether you know it or not, ALL of it was a gift from the Lord of all creation.

Even a man who is pure in heart and says his prayers by night, may become a wolf when the wolfbane blooms and the autumn moon is bright. The way you walk was thorny through no fault of your own, but as the rain enters the soil the river enters the sea, so tears run to a predestined end.
Believe nothing just because a so-called wise person said it.
Believe nothing just because a belief is generally held.
Believe nothing just because it is said in ancient books.
Believe nothing just because it is said to be of divine origin.
Believe nothing just because someone else believes it.
Believe only what you yourself test and judge to be true

Thank you you are a good person to say something like this even though you will be bashed by tons of religious people again thank you for being smart enough to know that words are hollow when they come from the self righteous.

We are created to be independent and self reliant like all creatures on this planet.
Religions that preach unworthiness and dependence are admitting that they are the inferior creations of an inferior G/god.

Your right God tells us in his Word the Holy Bible for any one who dose not believe in Jesus this world is the only Heaven they will ever see. but for believers in Jesus this is the only suffering we will ever see. for when we die we will be in the only Heaven God created for his children the faithful till the end.

Not to dis you. You won't care anyway. But you sound either pretty young, or a bit sociopathic. Community and society is a positive thing. Other people are not objects for you to use.

Good. You've reached a state many have yet to reach. Confidence and peace in oneself without need to lean or grasp onto a set of beliefs is a very hard thing to do.
But your grammar, it sucks horribly.
