prayer is very helpful, but you are stressing out about the right words, that is wrong, just talk to God like you would a friend, He knows your heart, so if you are sincere and and serious He will know it. And sometimes the answer does not come as quick as you might want so you need to be patient, things happen in His time, not yours, not the world or the other unbelievers, but His time which by the way is perfect every time

A prayer is not a magical formula, and God is not to be appeased! He is calling each one of us to come to Him, through His Son, to find forgiveness, and peace, through the truth of His word, the Bible. You see God is no respecter of persons. He can not be bought off. You can not buy your way into heaven. You can not platitude you way in, good work your way in. Study the Scripture, Believe on Jesus Christ, and Obey God. That is the only way in. Can God give you your soul mate? Yes. He did it fore me, but then again I do what He commands in His Word. This makes His happy!

Don't listen to the first person prayer is important Very important. I pray all the time. I mean it changes me after time. I don't always know what to say to God but i just say the way i feel. I do that but i do believe that u need to have faith and trust in God when u pray.

When you pray consider others before yourself.
Simple prayer:
Our Father.
Hail Mary (Catholic)
Act of contrition (Catholic)
Pray:
Lord, i pray that you look over my parents, brothers, sisters and myself, allow us to live on your Earth without any sickness or disease.
Upon the end of our life on your Earth please allow us to reside with you in your heavenly kingdom for all eternity.
I pray for the souls in Purgatory, this day may one be released from their sins and be with you for all eternity in your heavenly kingdom. (Catholic)
Pray for sick friends, ask that they receive their miracle.
Church leader prayers:
I pray for the Pope, the Bishops, Priests and all the clergy of the church, may they continue to strive forward in their effort to broadcast your magnificent plan of hope and Salvation unto all of mankind.
End prayer:
Glory be to the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit as it was in the beginning is now and ever shall be, a World without end.

The Lord desires to hear when you show love toward another.
Finally, do not lie in bed on your back and pray.
Your before the King of Kings, kneel and recite your prayers.
Oddly, when we approach a king or a queen of a country we kneel out of respect but are these individuals more important than our Lord?

Prayer is a waste of time. There are no gods.
Instead, just take a good critical look at yourself, and work to improve anything that's deficient. Also, recognize your strengths. Being confident in who you are is very sexy. If you are needy and unsure, you'll have a hard time finding a woman. (Also, don't call them girls. They don't like that.)
