My current job sucks, my boss is extremely mean and rude. I have been trying to find a new job however every position I have been offered pays alot less than my current position. I really need the money and I can not afford the pay cut. What should I do?

Welcome to the world.

Long term, go back to college and get the education necessary to be your boss's boss - and fire his tyrant butt.

Is anyone complaing to this boss's supervisor? If everyone called this joker mean and rude, that could be enough to change things.

If you could find a home based business which you could run alongside your current job, a business which only required a few hours per week but which could develop into a substantial earner, would that be of interest?
Just think, while you are doing the job that sucks, you know that in the background you are building something that will, in a relatively short time, allow you to be very rude back to your boss as you tell him you quit.
I have an idea for you so if you would like to know more then get back to me by email.

While this does not fall under the heading of sexual harrassment it does show that he is providing a "hostile" environment in which you are working in. If you are a good and honest employee with no history of "personal vendetta's" toward other co-workers then you should have a good chance at having your employer admonished for inappropriate behavior towards employees. Oh, and by the way, you can remain anonymous if you chose.
