Umm yesturday night i suddenly got a headache, my arms and legs started aching like crazy. and i had a temperature.
Ive kinda lost my appetight. Right now im freezing i have a runny nosee. and when i go to walk i ache all over.
Soo.. does this mean i have the flu? ):
And if i do what can i do to help the symptoms?

It is quiet possible that you have the flu. Those are the symptoms. Since it just started yesterday if you contact your dr they can possibly perscribe some tamiflu. It only works within the first 24-48 hrs of onset. Otherwise you will have to deal with the symptoms and the flu can last up to 2 weeks for it to run its course. treat your symptoms. Tylenol/ motrin for body aches and fever. Runny nose, you will need an antihistimine. there are several over the counter flu remedies to help with the symptoms. But please realize that most have tylenol or motrin (ibuprofen) already in them.

Im not no Dr. but it sounds like the flu to me...I would get plenty of rest ,alot of liquids we always get ginger ale for some reason it always tastes good when your sick with the flu.tylenol cold and flu works awsome thats what we usually buy.And hopefully you will feel better in a few days.You dont live in Ohio do you lol...

probably flu. drink a ton of gatorade even if you dont feel thirsty, and sleep as much as possible. and take some flu med. feel better ^-^

just have lots of fluids chances are it is just a virus :) 7up works great
