im a female 14 years old and im head over heels for this boy
im white and hes colored (no offense towards anyone)
and he doesnt evn notice me and i want him to know how i feel
should i write a note song poem if so what should it say
or should i dress a certain way wear makeup or what please help me i need all the help i can get

Ahhhh, yes, sounds like you have a crush on him. Just say hello to him when you pass by him and keep on walking regardless if he answers or not. Gradually, join the group or groups that he interacts with. If you want him to notice you, let it be not for your looks but for what you are capable of doing with your heart and mind. He might be a bit immature and may not notice the inner you if you know he is more interested in the exteriour of the people,, other girls for example, how does he treat them,, how does he treat others in general? If he respects and them respects himbself,, then he might be a good person to be interested in. Study what he does not so much what he says. Well, we can be certain you are NOT in love with this boy. You cannot be in love with someone you know nothing about and have never spent any time with. You don't even know if you really like him or not, since you have never interacted with him on a personal level, and liking someone last a lot longer than "being in love with them". If he doesn't notice you now and you try to change yourself so he will, he still won't be noticing "you", but the fake person you are trying to be. Just say Hi to him as you pass and see if he returns the greeting and let it grow from there, just be aware that it might not go anywhere at all.
