Oh boy are you in trouble, pink flamingo season doesn't start till new years day. Bag limit is 1 per year, and you have to make sure they are 36" or taller.
As for the headdress, shave your head and use a hot glue gun to apply them directly to the scalp.

They're right, you can glue or tar them directly to your head.
Getting them off is a little tougher, though. Unlike most birds, which can be plucked by hand, you're going to have to cut out the individual feathers. Since there's no underlying skin, you've got easy access to the meat. Unlike some birds, plastic pink flamingos don't have any notable internal organs, so it's all edible. As for the legs, keep them for later, so you can make a ceremonial whackin' stick with 'em for when you get the head dress done.

1st you need contact cement (glue) pour about 1/2 cup into your hair and mix well
then take 1/2 cup and spread it on the pink plastic feathers
after both 1/2 cups dry press firmly to your head and they will stick making you a nice head dress

Lay the plastic pieces on the ground in the arrangement you like. Get a bucket, put some water in it. Get on the ground and place your head in the bucket for about five minutes. That should answer your stupid post and save us all from enduring more of your c...p!
