partly the weather.. and maybe your diet and the weight on your legs?

I have pains in my knees but that's thru a LOT of walking.. and I'm getting older..

perhaps eat some supliments like cod liver oil.. or speak to your doctor if it's really sore..

it could be above you knee causing the pain though. but I'm not a doctor.

mine do that too, but i think its the way i lay, try sleeping with a pillow between your knees and see if that helps, i knwo i have done taht and it has made it so they aren't stiff or sore, if that don't work, maybe you are getting too cold at night, or something.

I'm 41 now and I have put my aches and pains down to getting older... That's probably what it is but try and keep up doing exercise and eat healthy that will help. Happy New Year xx

It depends how old you are. Mine do it because I have arthritis. If you're too young for arthritis, it could be anything from lack of exercise to too much exercise, to poor nutrition. Walking on a treadmill every day helps mine stop hurting.

Might be because of the way you're sleeping.

Have you tried doing regular stretching? There is a good book called "Stretching" by "Bob Anderson"

Could be arthritis and you don't have to be old to have it.I would call my doctor and see about getting some x-rays done before things get really bad.
