El Al an Israeli airline flies direct from Israel's Ben Gurian airport to Cairo, Egypt. If I recall correctly the flight is less than one hour.

I think you can cross overland through the Sinai if they've done away with the visa issues (you used to have to carry copy passports and have your Egyptian visa in one and your Israeli visa in the other).
