i like this boy and he knows it because i asked him out but he said he had a girlfriend and i asked about after he breaks up with her if he will go out with me he said he will have to think about it does that mean he likes me and will go out with me.

It probably wasn't a good idea to ask him if he would go out with you when he breaks up with her. It's really not a positive way to think. Imagine how you would feel if you had a boyfriend and someone kept pestering him, asking "will you go out with me when you break up with her?"
If I were you, I would just leave him alone. He has a girlfriend. He may like you, but that's not the point right now. Just leave him be and find someone else.
