Yes all of them are normal, but you need to train her out of them.

Nothing abnormal about your puppy - she is trying to be clean and not mess where you and she are - now it is your job to potty train her.
Take her outside first thing in the morning and after every meal, also during the day a lot - depending on her age, every two hours, then before bedtime.
You need to watch her for signs that she needs to potty and take her out to the same area every time.
Praise her loud and long when she gets it right outside, give her a small treat.
Do this persistently until she is potty trained, it's work but you will be glad you did it when you have a dog who is house trained all her life.

She is a puppy and doesn't want to be alone probably - you might try crate training her, it's not hard - get a book from the library on crate training and puppy training in general "Puppies for Dummies" is fun to read and very informative.

Puppies raised with kittens or friendly cats will get along with them just fine, I have a dog like that, he was raised with a kitten and likes cats.

Good luck - raise your puppy the right way and you will have a wonderful pet.

For some dogs yes

Some dogs know not to pee in their master's puppy but they'll pee and poop everywhere else...Also in the dark thats normal to especially if she is outside and is a pup, for pups arent a full dog their afraid of just about everything...and playing with a cat is normal for a pup for they think that the cat is just like them just either smaller or the same size depending the breed

If she is a puppy she needs to be taken outside at least every hour or two and especially 20 to 30 minutes after she eats.

When you see her about to squat (if you are that luck) grab her and hear outside.

You can train her to not bark but it takes time and supervision.

And it is good that she gets along with the cat.

And you teach yourself to be the pack leader

Yes they are normal.
1st problem- she feels that your room is his room too. If you were a dog would you want you room to stink?
2nd problem-she is probably not afraid to be alone she probably just wants to get your attention so she wont be alone.
3rd problem-since she is a puppy she probably looks at your cat as a mother figure. This is how my puppy is to my older dog.

Yes all of those actions are normal. You just need to train your dog

She probably spends allot of time in your room and sleeps there so she doesn't want to soil her "den" or area.
