Dogs are somewhat mature at 1 year (compared to our 16 year olds) and they usually have reached maximum height at about 1 1/2 to 2 years but they may still put on muscle and a little fat like our 25 o 30 year olds)

Well for the first 2 yrs. she'll grow in height, after that is when she'll start to fill out. If you watch her diet ( I never did with mine) she shouldn't get to fat. Mine never did get to big. They're a large breed and will get quite large. They are the most loving and loyal dogs I have ever had the chance to own. Extremely good with children also, very protective of their families. Lots of luck with her. I hope she's as good as my old lady was when she was here. Passed on 2yrs. ago.

labs take longer than most breeds to develop physically and mentally, she will be mature by between 2 - 2 1/2half years.
