A) your puppy most likely does NOT have Parvo (what the other person here called parva) as parvo zaps your puppy's energy. B) It could be worms, so check your dogs stool regularly.
Most likely, though, your puppy is running around like a normal, playful puppy and then possibly binging on water and chucking up some water. Fairly common. Try to limit your dog's water intake when she's playing.
If the problem persists, call your vet. Its free to call and they can help you determine whether or not to take the pup in for an exam.

it is very possible that she ate something off the floor that made her stomach upset...but it could also be her actual diet that she is eating because some dogs and pups stomachs cant digest anything which can also be something in the food that she cant digest right which makes her throw up
i hope i was helpful and that this may help
a way to stop her throwing up is to block the areas she goes to and possibly change her diet
good luck

Puppies get into everything. If she continues to vomit and begins to get lethargic, (sleepy, groggy, not playing) get her to the vet right away. It may be something else. Also, How old is she? where did you get her? what kind of dog is she? could she have been exposed to an airborne illness such as parvo? did she come from a puppy mill? there are so many things you need to ask yourself. A vomiting puppy can become very ill very quick. If you have any doubt at all please get her to a vert.

Think of her as an infant. Infant proof the house and they will still find something. Watch her activity level and make sure she gets her vaccines.
