I brought home 3 liters of vodka.
My girlfriend drunk 2 literes, and left only 1 liter of vodka for me. This is unfair, right?

Why in the hell world would you bring 3 liters of vodka? That's the question? and yes, it's unfair.

Its unfair to the both of you.
1. Don't bring home so much alcohol, she prrrobabbllyy has a drinking problem and..currently alcohol poisoning if she had that much.
2. Talk to her politely about how you want to equally split the alcohol you buy. She was wrong to have 2 L.

Life isn't meant to be fair. Sharing is the least of her problems, maybe alcohol is the bigger problem here. Next time bring home three cigars and see if she smokes two and leaves one for you.

I think you need to talk to her about having a drinking problem instead. Besides that, yes of course it's unfair. You brought it home... She should be considerate enough to let you have your fair share.
