If you are in a religious college those questions are already built into their time tested curricula.
If you are in a secular one then you might venture to explore other people's faiths and religions and actually learn something about them which might make you a better person when you enter the diversified workforce and not have to suffer being labeled or perhaps even sued as an intolerant bigot.

I like to say that college is like a smorgasbord, a huge pot luck dinner. Imagine you went to a pot luck with everyone in the world. At the dinner were long tables, so long they disappeared into the distance. These tables were filled with big dishes of every kind of food from all over the world, every food you could imagine, and a few you could never have imagined, some of which you wouldn't even guess were -food-. And suppose you had to at least taste everything there. The dinner lasts four years and in that time you will walk down every table and taste every food.
Some foods you will hate! You'll choke down one bite and say 'Yuck! I'll never eat -that- again!' But other food will be just delightful and you'll say 'Wow, I never knew this stuff existed! I'm going to have more of this!'
That's how college is, except with -ideas- instead of food. In college you will be forced to read stuff you absolutely hate. You will read just enough to pass the test and then you'll forget all about it, you'll banish it from your mind. But other stuff, you'll be glad you were introduced to it and you'll want to learn more than just the requirements in that class.
That's the whole idea of college, to widen your horizons. And it can do that for your spiritual life too. There are religious clubs and ministries on campus. There are opportunities to attend services and lectures and programs to learn about OTHER religions, if you like. Lots of young people are searching for truth, spiritual as well as intellectual, and most college communities have plenty of opportunities.

Most colleges are secular or without faith. You will learn just about everything in college and education is good. Using your common sense is important, too.
Rom 10:17 So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. NKJV
To strengthen your faith, you must strengthen your relationship. You can do that by getting into the Word of God (Holy Bible), pray, praise and worship and make sure you fellowship with like minded people.
Hope that helps and HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

Read the Bible. After YOU know what God says in the Bible, look for a church that teaches Bible based services. Any that teach contrary to the Bible, are cults. any that hold THEIR ways, traditions and rules higher than what the Bible says, is a cult.
Be careful, cults really prey on college students. It is the place that many get caught up in cult groups.

Most colleges have some sort of campus ministries organizations in which you can participate in any range of student-led religious groups, or just drop in to visit. The ministers, priests, rabbis, etc. who lead these groups understand the need of your age group to seek and ask questions.

When I was in college I was so happy to be out of my parents house all kinds of stuff just sort of happened very naturally. Enjoy the ride. It's over pretty quick.
