Yes, but don't date anyone under the age of 16 because you can be prosecuted for statutory rape by the parents. At age 16 the "Child" can prosecute if she/he wants but the mother no longer can.

The psychological replace between 14 and 17 is massive, specially in women human beings. It makes me question his components, getting with a woman who isn't even legal? think of what could take place for people who 2 broke up... that's going to be very awkward then. If he's already your boyfriend there is now no longer a lot we can say to alter that, and we don't prefer to break up a relationship besides the shown fact that we are in simple terms saying the age replace is greater suitable at youthful an prolonged time. once you have been 21 and he as 24 it is like no longer something, maximum suitable? yet assume a 13 12 months historic relationship a sixteen 12 months previous.. IMO i think of you ought to attend on the least some years, and then come back to it. in simple terms perfect sturdy fortune edit: to "quite rather" like one yet another isn't sufficient to maintain a relationship jointly. I "rather quite" favored my ex, infact i enjoyed him - and it did no longer be certain. It calls for have faith and dedication. Are you relatively useful, at 14, again to a determination to a guy who probably does no longer could desire to prefer to you interior the long-term?

Depends on the state. In Montana 2 yr's difference is ok, 3 will get you twenty. In Wyoming 1 yr is legal and 2 or more will get you 25 years in prison.

just dont have sex with her! you could ask her parents how they feel about it *cuz if you make urself presentable your really only two yrs older and they might decide they like you enough not to call the cops on you..*
I mean my bf parents are 4yr difference and my aunt/uncle 9yrs difference. the only reason why its statutory rape is cuz usually 16 yr old brains are not developed enough to handle sex *in a governmental standpoint* And 18 yr old guys are considered adults practically.
oh i mean havent you heard of brittany spears's sis? she is only 16 pregnant by her 18 yr old boyfriend. so there you go.
Be wise in your decisions.

sure, just be careful. Though she is in your age group, you will be concidered an adult by law. If something happens and she screams "rape!", watch out. I'm a girl and when I was 17 I was dating an 18yr old and his parents were worried. But nothing happened ^_^

Be careful. You heard the expression 16 will get you 20? You will officially be an adult.

I don't really see a problem with it. Mind the hanky panky though lest the long arm of the law gets involved lol.

Date? If her parents say it's okay, then sure.
Have sex with? Better check the laws in the state she resides in. Sixteen could get you 20!
