Mercury Milan.
All the rest are good too except for the Sebring.
LaCrosse would be the best if you are doing a lot of highway driving. I know a guy who is a salesman, and he drives his all across the southeast and really likes it.

Depends on the person and how long you keep your cars.
Throw out the LaCrosse unless you are over 50.
Sebring is a piece of crap.
The Accord and the Camry will hold their value the best so you will be in a better position to buy your next car if you switch cars every 2-3 years.
Accord, Camry, Milan, and Altima are all attractive cars that are recommended by most buyers.
Test drive them all and pick the one that fits you best.

I like the Milan and the Altima the best look wise. However the Accord and the Camry are usually bulletproof cars- they just keep going and going...

The Mercury Milan is my first choice on the list.
Take a look at the new Sable. You may be surprised at the changes. A lot of people are getting the Ford Edge.
Good luck, and buy American if you can find something you like.
