If the answer is no, just don't answer. ;)

I was on probation once for "loud and aggressive conduct". It fell under the heading of disturbing the peace. It was a total bogus charge but they had to give me something because I was pressing charges for someone hitting me. Since no one saw it, they had to find a charge for me. (weird laws eh?) Anyway, I pled no contest and did my time.

I believe in punishing my daughter in a way that "fits' the crime. So when it came time to do community service, I volunteered at the Library. (Can't be loud or aggressive there!) Also, since it was someone under the age of 18 that hit me, I volunteered at a Children's Murial at an art fair for part of my community service.

I also figured I would get creative since the parole people don't see that too often. I set up my packet with letters containing my hours with a cover sheet of my picture at the art fair. The header was "Town Cry-er" because I bawled when they took my prints. (first time ever in trouble) I placed all the information in a clear coat folder and handed it in. I don't think they knew what to do with me.

I never got in trouble again.

Yes, i was young and got 2 -30 day jail sessions.
It actually took me 5 years to get off of 2 years of probation.
You see, I was a drinking burglar(I would have never done this sober) who had just gone through a bad divorce at the age of 23 and guess I pretty much lost my mind for a while.
I kept getting caught in taverns and getting into drunken fights.
Now days, I am 53 and only drink one bottle of beer a week.
No more trouble for over 20 years now.

Yes, and no I didn't get into further problems. Frankly speaking I shouldn't have been on probation from the start. With that said because the law is prejudice against minority the system has to convict innocent people as well in order to show the tax payers that work is being done.

I was on probation after getting a DUI. Did everything they asked and did fine. Never got in any trouble. Oh - and I will NEVER drive after I have been drinking again.
