Rene Descartes once said, "I think, therefore, I am." So I guess since this time he said, "I think not," then he must not be.

EDIT: Actually, now that I think about it, I believe Descartes said "I think, therefore, I am!" in Latin, which is "Cogito Ergo Sum!"
