I have a sony vaio. When it boots up and gets to the desktop it reboots. I dont have much time and nothing I click on works. In the middle of the desktop a small window appears (trend micro anti spyware 3.0) I cant click on it and I dont have enough time to get any windows open before it reboots. When it reboots a blue script screen appear but disapears before I can read.

Sounds like classic spyware or virus.

Here is what you do...
1.Start up the computer and tap F8 repeaditly until a black screen comes up with options.
2.Hit Boot Safe Mode with Networking
3.Once the computer boots the problem most likely will not be there.
4. So now you need to run an anti spyware and anti virus sweep.
5.Go to Download.com and download avast antivirus and spybot search and destroy install them and run them both. FULLY!
6.After that reboot and see what happens

Keep me posted!

I would try to reboot into safe mode (if you can) then I would run anti-spyware like the one you have. I would also do a virus scan. I don't know how I could help you beyond this. I do believe some sort of malware or missind Windows component is the problem. I would first check with Microsoft and Sony before heeding my advice. They know way more than me. Here is their address,

this can have several different causes, including a particularly nasty virus. Was your virusscanner up to date?
It could also be hardware related though as in a cpu overheat. I would try booting the computer into safe mode (f8) during the early boot sequence (before the windows logo appears) and select "safe mode" from the list. If it does not reboot immediately in this mode, you probably have the virus and need to get a virus boot cd and clean up your computer.
