Here is what I think about Satan :-
Satan was conjured up by the early Christians to scare little children and keep the newly brainwashed, under the threat of death Pagans from turning back to the old ways...
Christians use Satan for just about every excuse imaginable, Oh I didn't really rape and kill that 4 year old girl, the Devil made me do it, I was possessed, or, for anything they don't understand or are frightened of, like Wiccans/Pagans, they are in league with Satan, and that we are deceived by him, which is utter nonsense, as Pagans of all denominations DO NOT believe in the existence of Satan...
I personally think that it is about time Christians took full responsibility for their own actions, and stopped blaming an entity who no more real than their One True God, with no name...
I must admit, I have put on a few extra pounds since I discovered Y Q&A..

addiction is addiction. withe the concept of 6 degrees of seperation, no matter what you do each day you are either addicted to something or enabling some one and their addictions. but YA addiction is just sad.

or you could look at it like this, you could be spreading the message of hope and life through Christ Jesus. Yes there needs to be a balance, but since so many are here anyway why not take advantage of the opportunity to spread the gospel?
