Please only straight guys reply...I know that usually beauty is what captures your attention...what I want to know is what keeps it. If a girl is not that pleasant on the eyes but has one of the best personalities that you have ever met...would that make you wan to date her?

Like a friend said, you need the combination of both but if you should choose one then I will say personality is good than looks because it's your personality that makes you look good. your good looks can't chance your personality and if a guy likes you becos you look good, then he just want to use you and dump you but if your personality is good, it do attract people or guys to you.

Looks are truely just that it does not make a person a person.....find your happy place and go there and stay there......one look is not for all.....aye beauty does have advantages but normally only short term and not long lasting and no fulfilment......be you be happy and it will come don't force it no matter what you see or hear....

You need a combination of both. I don't spend time with people who annoy me, but I can't date anyone I'm not attracted to. I don't expect anyone else to act differently.
