There are people who prefer girls with the "babyface" look, but beauty is ultimately in the eye of the beholder. While babylike features such as large eyes and round cheeks generally increases attractiveness, the actual preference for "babyfaceness" varies enormously in the population.
I've included a reference to a study on the preference for babyfaceness. The study indeed suggests that women's faces altered with more babylike features were preferred to unaltered faces, but a small percent (around 10%) of the test subjects rated the original unaltered faces as attractive. So there's room for variation in preference.

lol...i dont think any guys are thinking about baby's faces when they say a girl is cute...but i just think some chiks have a cute child like face thats more adorable sexy than anything else. a woman can be sexy cute, flirty cute...doesnt have to be babyface cute.
