~What is the only surah that does not start with Bismillah Al Rahman Al Raheem?
(I encourage you to take our your Quran and look for it if you don't know plus read a page or two for extra hasannat if you can read arabic. If not, well then use the internet, it's good to know :P)

Edit: It is forbidden because the surah is associated with unbelievers.

It is Sura 9 Tauba But not for the reasons people think you will find an extra BismillahiRahmanaRahime in Chapter 27 Sura Al Namil When King Solomon Peace and Blessings Be Upon Him sends a letter to Bil Quise Queen Sheba Peace and Blessings Be Upon Her to for she believed and excepted the truth and became a shining light for her people! There is no surah that does not start with Bismillah Al Rahman Al Raheem .
Because all surahs in Quran starts in the name of God.

because Allah was very angry at the unbelievers.............because they broke the treaty between the muslims.......
