I have received a traffic ticket and paid the ticket in Los Angeles?

Question

and chose to take the traffic school courses to avoid deduction of my traffic record. But I haven't received any traffic school list from the court and the court website doesnt provide any info on this neither does the telephone representatives respond saying there are too many phone calls waiting.
I've paid extra amount for my traffic school in addition to the ticket penalty itself, so I am not supposed to pay any additional fee to take traffic school courses online which I found online traffic schools seem to require me to pay 25 dollars to register

The court website shows my new appearance in TSR date has already passed that was in early december. and I am not sure what TSR is.

what do I have to do? it seems like the deadline of my traffic school requirement has passed while I haven't received any information about that from the court.
Please advise me. Thanks

the court website information shows my case status is still "prior", does that mean I still can submit my certificate from traffic schoo? (I am taking online course rite now and it will be sent to them thanks!)

You have to pay the Court a fee for allowing you to go to traffic school and you also have to pay the traffic school company for their service. They are a business and receive nothing from the Courts for providing that service so they charge and you have to pay, including the online ones.

If you have missed your date then you need to contact the Court ASAP and get an extension or a new date otherwise the ticket you got WILL go on your record. It is your responsibility to take care of the ticket and all following situations and thought he LA Courts are massively overloaded, they are not responsible for getting you the info you need. I know it sounds harsh but it is the facts. Call or go to the Courthouse and get that extension and find out what certified traffic schools they accept, including the online ones and get it taken care of before you find out you have a warrant or have that ticket on your record. :(
