Low on coolant

Thermostat stuck closed.

Bad water pump

Clogged Radiator

Cooling Fans not turning on...
because of a bad fan motor
because of a bad fan relay
because of a bad fuse

Temperature sensor is bad and not triggering the computer.

Blown head gasket.

Too many possible reasons

I think your car is thirsty, very thirsty. You say, what was your coolant consumption per mile?

Because you don't have any coolant in your engine. Because your fan isn't working properly.

I don't know - you don't give enough info.
