I have been informed that there are atheistic sects who are in contact with each other by email, by someone who is involved.?
and they take it in turns to either delete or rubbish Christians point of view.
I doubt if the Christians have such an on going thing.

There are several clubs in R&S that do that, and yes many of the offenders are Christians. I have witnessed atheists, Scientologists, and Muslims doing the same thing, though.

For my atheist friends who haven't noticed it yet, there IS an atheist group, headed up by Godless, that targets specific Christians. Supposedly, these are retaliatory strikes against Christians who use multiple accounts to target atheists.

I think it's all rather silly, myself.

All of Christianity is such a thing.

I have never communicated with others about reporting questions or answers or deleting questions or answers or trying to get people's accounts deleted. I have never communicated with anyone who claims to have done so. I've been an active atheist on this board since July of 2006.

I like Southpaw's rock climbing idea, though. That's really more the kind of thing that we atheists are into.

As for your having reported it to Yahoo, they hear made up stories of Christian persecution _constantly_. Spend a little time in the forum and you'll see. You people should put down the Bible for a bit and read "the boy who cried wolf".

I'm an Atheist, which makes me an unpopular minority on these boards. I have never reported a question or an answer (except once when someone was posting links to gay porn on the R&S board.) HOWEVER, I have questions and answers asked and answered by me reported by Christians on a daily basis.

To the best of my knowledge there is no Atheist Club that secretly send emails conspiring to delete questions from Christians. The opposite is probably more true.

Actually, there are a variety of Christian sects that are highly active at reporting. Further, Christians are more likely to violate Community Guidelines (so much for any moral highground), so they are more likely to have their "questions" (they don't always bother to include a question in the preaching) deleted.

Here's a term to look up: persecution complex.

Never reported anyone for their religion, just for spam with links to scam web sites. There is a small fundie group that does this (my 360 messages shows how crazy they are) and the superfriends are a Muslim group that does it. I have not found the atheist group, but I doubt they would target me if they did exist.

I saw a post regarding this yesterday. Supposedly, this atheist person has tracked down some Christians that he thinks are reporting people and he is gathering other atheists together for payback. They are calling it "operation report monkey". I kinda thought it was asinine myself!! I am sure this goes on, on all sides! It is really pathetic!

Not that I'm aware of. There certainly is a lot of abuse of the reporting system by all, and most notabley the persecution of the pagans by reporting all of their Yule questions, I strongly doubt that atheists did that.

Don't judge atheists by your own low standards.
I guess Christians go to church regularly. Which is a tad like a club.

Atheists have no need to club as they are actually talking sense.

I wear tinfoil ear muffs in order to prevent other fellow atheists from contacting me. I hear we spread such poisonous words.

That's what I was supposed to have heard. If I were listening.

Ok, so there's this alleged sect of atheist who have formed a club and one of their main activities is reporting christian questions or answers? And one of the members told you this.

Dude, how gullible are you? Or how gullible do you think we are?
