I would strongly say that it's the sleeping pills, have you not took them? you could be having withdrawals. I would recommend calling a doctor ASAP. Sound's pretty serious.
Hope you feel better soon, Happy New Year

There are treatments for many things that cause dizziness, but not all dizziness has a known cause. You need to stop taking sleeping pills at least until you make sure that they are not causing your blood pressure to drop to dangerous levels. Low blood pressure is a common side effect of sleeping pills and dizziness is a common symptom of low blood pressure.

sounds like a case of vertigo. This can be caused by certain medications like sleeping pills. You should see your doctor. The side effects may go away after some time, but thats not always guaranteed. Until you can get into see your doctor , an over the counter motion sickness medication may help. The one I can think of off the top of my head is called meclizine. Make sure you talk with a pharmacist first to see if it has an interaction with your current medications. Hope you feel better soon.

I experienced something like that, but it turns out it was just dehydration. I know we all don't drink our 8 glasses a day, but try drinking a big glass of water to start your day off, and maybe some mild painkillers, like advil. Dizziness is usually followed by headaches in my experience, so hope it doesn't get to that if it hasn't already.

I am no doctor but i know of a pill called "antihistamines" maybe you should discuss it with someone before taking it..When i get dizzy i try and drink lots of water everyday. Less television, computer and stay away from noise and i also take some iron tablets and try resting..Might sound dumb but it works for me all the time..

my guess is that's it's the sleeping pills. you may want to take them WAY earlier in the evening. however, i get dizzy from fluid in my ears from time to time, even though there are no other signs of a cold or congestion. in fact, i feel dizzy right now and have been since yesterday....

Discuss these symptoms with the doctor who prescribed them.
There are always side effects with any medication.
The last thing you want to do is to take other medication without consulting your doctor.
You should always take medication as prescribed to avoid those sorts of side effects.
Again, call your doctor.

go to the doctor. They know more about your symptoms then anyone else. You never know, it could be something serious
