I have a Samsung LN-T5271F HDTV. I just got it. How do I change the picture mode. This TV has 3 option as far as picture mode 1. dynamic 2. standar 3. movie. I can choose on of these options and exit the menu, but when I'm watching TV and I hit the info button it tells me that the picture mode is "Shop Mode" what is "Shop Mode?" Is there a step I'm skiping?

Shop mode could be anything, but most probably it is the "store" mode, where the TV is at full brightness.

See if you have a picture key on the remote. Press it to toggle over the given modes.
After you select a mode, press OK, then exit the menu.
