How do you win an ex back?

My ex and I broke up this summer, before he went away to college. We still talk quite a bit, hang out almost every time he's home, and he's even kissed me a few times. I think he just can't decide what he wants right now(i think college is like that for everyone), but we have such a good time together.

Is it possible to make him regret breaking up with me and want to get back together? How do I get him to miss me?
