I work reception in a small office and once a week, we have our mats changed at the front. The guy that does it is really nice and super cute. All I ever say is hi, sign the form and run away like saying I need to do something. I talk more to the hot UPS guy but even though he's hot, he's not my type so it's easier to talk to him.
I want to talk to the guy who changes the mats and find out his name. I looked on the form I sign but all there is, is an emplyee number for who delivered it.
I'm super shy but I really want to talk to him. What do I say?

1st thing is u need 2 be confident if u think hes cute tell him ask his name or when u come in 2 work and u know hes going 2 be there sometime its easier leave a note where u know he can get it i tell u what give it 2 him when he is leaving where he can read it and come 2 work the next day then he will come up 2 u and and start a conversation then just go from there getting 2 now each other it sound high schoolish but guys still like thing like that plus we are a little slower than woman

Start with an introduction - that usually starts a conversation. If you want to make small talk, there's always the weather & the holidays ("How was your Christmas?") You'd be surprised at how a conversation can develop after a few innocent questions.

at what time of the day does he come by? if its around 12 or 1 you could say that you are on your way to lunch which should open up the conversation: him: yeah, i'm getting lunch after this. you: really? where? him: just a quick bite at burger king. you: wow, that's where i was going. him: i'll see you there. and voila - you have a lunch date. the rest my dear is up to you, and can't do all the work LOL
