Yes, I really think there is such a thing, and yes, I've met her. Problem solved, right? Wrong! This remains very much a work in progress and a test of faith...but it's that belief that keeps me going, for now.

Your answer is going to be different for everyone. I personally that god wants certain to be together.
It becomes had to believe things like this then why would god allow women to be raped and children neglected. If God can control something simple as meeting my ideal match, why can't he stop the misery, the killing, and violence.
