Pack your holes with cotton gauze and bite down on it to put pressure on. Be careful using a straw as the suction motion can unclot your holes again. Also, DO NOT EAT OR DRINK ANYTHING HOT. That will also unclot the holes. If you are really hungry, stick to a non-acidic juice or popsicle.

Do not take Advil or aspirin as it can make the bleeding worse.

Try to stay still and keep your head elevated above your heart.

DO NOT EAT!!
u will throw up believe me.
just stick it out for today and dont eattt! the bleeding will eventually stop just use those gauz pads.
but pls dont eat. my friend did and she puked alll over .

I got mine out yesterday and I bled a lot too. just lay down and rest and dont move around a lot bleeding should stop tonight. dont forget to have gauze in your mouth

Moisten a tea bag (black tea) and bite on it where the extraction site is.

Avoid strenuous exertion and do not rinse any solution vigorously.

If the tea bag fails, you might need to return to your dental office for a stitch or two.
