It is not on the current list of products that Kraft manufactures, so that leads me to believe that it has been discontinued.
If you do still find it, it's because some distributors still have some in stock. Be sure to check the "Best used by date" if you find some, to make sure you're not using it past its expiration.

I checked online and it looks like it is unavailable. Now whether that means permanently discontinued or simply suspended is very ambiguous.
I would suggest that you email Kraft Foods Customer Service directly and make your inquiries of them; they would be the best source of information in my opinion.
