Try reading up on aloe vera - use the gel and juice to help from inside out.
Germoline used as a moisturiser is suprisingly good - smelly! but good - for patches of dry skin too.
Vodka and gin dabbed on helps too.
Leaving well alone is important to.

I get alot of spots and have tried all sorts, i recently got advised to take 1-2 evening primrose capsules a day so i have been doin and believe me i've seen a difference. Try them.

Patience and worrying makes them worse.It is the growing up process and an imbalance of your hormones.It isnt nice I agree and go see the Doctor and he will give you medication to help you.Have a talk with your mum they always know best.

toothpaste is good for them due to the anti bacterial function in it..
but don't use soap as it will dry out your skin
