Yes, there is, and it's run by the same people who make those idiotic "Resealable" bags that you can never get to open properly in the first place. Those are the folks who also teach paper carriers to toss the newspaper in a puddle or on the roof.
Their list of atrocities against human mental endurance is long and ugly: "New Coke," disco, the Yugo, ice cube trays, that obnoxious music when you're on Hold, talking about personal stuff on a cell phone in the middle of a crowded restaurant. . .you get the picture.
Using R&S to drive people to foaming hysteria is just another in a long line of these despicable people's plot against our sanity!

kidding. Conspiracy, as in that's why R&S was created? Probably not. Conspiracy, as in a couple people read what you just posted and thought "hey, wouldn't it be fun to drive everyone crazy in R&S"? Well, if one person other than myself feels that way, then technically, yes. At that point, there would be two people conspiring to drive people crazy in R&S.
