Okay so I have two examples.

One; last year i went swimming with my friend all day. Went to bed. Woke up around 3am, both arms in extreme pain. I couldn't move my arms or fingers even or pain would shoot through my arm my whole arm would have a tingling sensation but with lots of pain.

Two; Few days ago I was lifting heavy boxes, using my right arm more for lifting, and an hour later i started to feel the pain, and it got worse and worse as time moved on. The pain lasted 2 days.

Anyone know at all what this COULD be? It hasn't happened to anyone else I know.

Swimming all day is exercise. Lifting heavy boxes akin to weight lifting. If you exercise on a daily basis this would not be occurring, so if you swam everyday or lifted heavy boxes everyday, your muscles would get exercise and you build up muscles. However if these activities are not done on any regular basis, then when you do them, expect pain. You need to be exercising every day. Good Luck
