I believe I would answer that the Lord will be returning soon and He will take care of the witches and the other unbelievers.
While I'm President I will try to teach them of the Lord so they too can receive eternal life with Christ. God can even forgive a witch and change her cold heart.

actually that is a mistranslation. The original text read
Thou shall not suffer an evil sorceress to live...or to be even more accurate "women who engage in black magic, harming others by the use of spoken curses."
so really all he would have to do is to point out this misunderstanding of what the text says and never have to really answer you.

Probably no one, that is under the law of the old testament and even witchcraft is still wrong in Gods eyes, we are not expected to kill witches .
