Having just bought the computer game Brain Age, I find myself wondering if there is any scientific evidence if games like bingo or Scrabble help activate the brains of players.

Try Listening to classical music on lo while you type Jog before you do any type of Report or even work on the Computer Playing Video games Che-es Checkers Pecuniary and even Yahoo answers is good for the Brain try a Piece of Bread every day when you wake up take a Multy Vitamin even some Fish Oil every week and drink lots of Vitamin C Pineapple Orange Apple with a Healthy Diet and a salad Sincerely Doctor Unoptrid.

Doing mental puzzles has been proven to be good for brain health. I'm not sure Bingo qualifies though. Things like crosswords, Sudoku, Scrabble, bridge or chess I think would be better.
