I am reporting you the "animal protective services" for allowing such abuse on a minor in your home. You need to keep that sexual offender away and put him on the National Repeat Sexual Offender's List.
No really, I am hurting for your cat. :( Poor thing.)
You should have your cat checked out and give your dog away. He might do it again. :(
If it is true that this really occured..
Now ,about the pregnancy ( I don't think so).

No this is POSSIBLE, my husband has seen a litter of cat dogs, but they didn't last but a few hours. He was not the only one, there were witnesses. Don't worry, if she did get pregnant by the dog, the babies won't live. But its still a possibility that she got pregnant from another cat. Just wait it out and you'll see.

It's not physically possible for a cat to get pregnant by a dog. You're cat has been mating with another cat, somewhere.
Well you may want to think about a different career.

A cat and dog cannot have young together! In biology we learned that only certain animals can breed outside of their kind. The sperm and egg would not work together. So if your cat is pregnant the father is not your dog!
