I haven't because I don't waste money on lottery tickets but I've read that there have been people who have one more than once. It does happen but not very often.

I saw on TV that this lady won a scratch ticket in NY for $1,000,000 and within one year she played the same game and hit again for another $1,000,000!!!
Crazy but true.
