okay my nose is runny one minute and dry dry dry the other and also it burns like crap my throat hurts sometimes to the point where i can't talk my head hurts and sometimes even my stomach hurts
but then a couple days ago
i was perfectly fine
So whats wrong with me

could be strep throat. See your doctor if it doesnt get better in a day or so. Use a humidifier ( cool mist ) This could help. Take a steamy shower for the head congestion. Use puff plus kleenex with lotion for your nose so it wont make it raw and sore too. Hope you feel better soon
