Well, I can't speak for aethists, but I'm an atheist, and I don't believe in the devil because the devil is a god. Any supernatural being that is said to have conscious power over the natural world, including people's minds or hearts, is a "god" in my book.
And I think it's really funny that you're so embroiled in your own fear of the devil that you can't imagine that a person can NOT believe in something that you find so terrifying and "real." Actually, now that I think about it, that's not funny. It's really sad that you were brainwashed as a child to fear a nonexistent thing so totally that you actually cannot conceive of others not believing in it and being likewise terrified by it. You suffered some serious abuse at the hands of whoever indoctrinated you, my friend.
I really don't believe in the devil, just like I don't believe in the bogeyman, the Krampus, Bloody Mary, or Biggie Smalls.

Sometimes it seems like a nice idea to call upon the devil when people keep asking the same question. I do not mind chitsraians and chritsians do not know how to spell the word atheist.
An atheist who believes in the devil is not an atheist.
Maybe you should write that 500 times. You will not forget how to spell atheist.
Chrtsians!

All your question shows is that you have a simple ignorance of what an atheist is!!!
They simply do not believe in a god - not just the christian one but any god.
As you point out yourself if they believed in the devil they would be believing in a god creation and thus would not be an atheist any more.
What you and the vast majority of people on here are too uneducated to realize is that just because atheists do not believe in a god nothing stops them believing and worshiping any religion, sect, or spiritual existence that does not have a god!!!!
Forget the devil - the Antichrist army is alive and well and posting questions and answers on here posing as Christians to bring ridicule and derision on the church to destroy it from within.
What is your rank?!!!!

No, atheists don't believe in the devil. Or God. That's why they're called atheists.

If you believe in the devil then you must believe in God.
If you believe in God then you may or may not believe in the Devil.
If you are an atheist then you believe in neither devil nor God.
Nor Angels, hobbits or fairies or any other made-up being. Being! What am I saying. I don't mean 'being', I mean fictional characters no matter how anthropomorphic your stories make them..

For an atheist ( note the spelling) devils are the same as gods, totally unbelievable.
