If someone does not want a social security number anymore, so they dont have to pay a tax that they cant afford to pay (i gotta save to open up my business, and Social Security is something I dont think I should have to pay, because 1. I wont see the money. 2. If i am going to see the money, i kinda need it right now.... and since it is my money.... i should have full say over it, rather than someone else telling me what i will do with it.. since i worked for it =).

So... how do i disolve my Social Security Number?

You can't. Even dying won't unlink you from your SSN.

There is no way to avoid paying income taxes other than earning less than the filing requirement amount, $8,750 for 2007.

There is no way to avoid Social Security and Medicare taxes other than limiting your income to unearned income such as dividends, interest, and capital gains.

Move to another country. As long as you live in the United States you HAVE to have a social security number. There is no way around it.

If you want to stop paying fica/mc taxes, you move to another country and renounce your citizenship. Although if you do so for avoiding paying taxes, the IRS can still tax you.

Easy.....you don't.

Just because that you think that you shouldn't have to pay social security doesn't mean that you don't have to.
