I was wondering if there is anyone that is close to the San Francisco Bay Area. That is great at the APFT I just enlisted and I need to pass the APFT in April so that I can be put on the promo board. Also because I need to go to 31B school so if there is anyone or anyone that has any pointers on dieting or working out that would be great.
Thanks

this is the best way to fix yourself
1 time your eating more than 40 sec is to much
2 smaller portions, cup size meals
3 when you're doing nothing practice i;e
do push ups 8 times of a day
do sit ups 10-15 times of a day
walk , ride a bike, or run after hours for a least 6 mi per day

if this does not work, you're doing it wrong , good luck

Do a search for FM 21-20 that will tell you the amount of reps. that you need to do to pass it in your age group. Good Luck on your APFT.

Push ups, sit ups, and your run. Practice each. You get two minutes to do Pushups, two minutes to do situps, and then run two miles. Try to give yourself a practice test.

Do 2 minutes of pushups.
Wait 5 minutes.
Do 2 minutes of situps
Wait 10 minutes.
Run 2 miles.

If you can do this, and do it relatively well, then you are well on your way.
