Eph 4:26 Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath:
Anger is okay there!
Psa 7:11 God judgeth the righteous, and God is angry [with the wicked] every day.
We should not think ourselves above the Potter should we?

The Bible says "be angry and sin not"...It is not at all wrong or sinful to be angry. It would be wrong not to be angry about some things. What you must not do is allow your anger to control you. What you do when you are angry may lead to some real devastating consequences. Examine the cause of your anger, move on, find creative good things to do in place of being angry...go see a wonderful movie, take a walk and observe the beauty of nature, count your blessings, accent the positives...Why, you are worth all of that and some more...Guess what, when God made you, He was proud of what He did...Love yourself...You are loved.

If Anger is a sin, the God is the biggest sinner in history. I have heard it said that anger is not a sin, but how you react to your anger could be a sin. For example, if you decide to kill because you are angry at them, then that's sin. But then again, God did that so it must be okay too.

Anger is not sin in and of itself- Jesus got angry with the money changers in the temple. However, it is what we do with our anger, that can become sin. "Be angry, yet do not sin" - "do not let the sun go down , on your anger"- in other words when our anger becomes revenge then it is sin. We must learn to control our anger- I was very angry with someone who considered me her best friend- she betrayed me terribly- of course I was angry- but I have chosen to forgive her, because the anger would only continue to hurt me. We are not friends anymore, but it is not because I have chosen to stay angry, she has.

The Bible tells us not to sin in our anger. Anger of itself isn't necessarily a sin. We know that Christ never sinned, and yet when the moneychangers were defiling the temple, in his anger at their irreverence Christ drover them out.
However, you have to be careful that your anger isn't rooted in sin, or that you don't allow your anger to carry you into sin.
Should we be angered by injustice? Yes, and it doesn't matter if the injustice is aimed at ourselves or others. And we should take action against it… as long as the action is not sinful in itself.
Should we be angered by irreverence to God? Absolutely, but once again, our response must stay within the guidelines God has given us.

angry is not a sin. it's a part of life. it's a sin if you don't get angry because then that means you are trying to be perfect. is perfection is a sin. i don't know if you believe in jesus, but He got angry when he was in the temple and he was sinless.

Anger is not a sin. What you do with that anger could be; if you hurt someone or kill someone because you're angry, that is wrong.
The Bible says, "In your anger, do not sin."

Anger is not a sin but a prelude to sin if you let intemperance take hold of your feelings.
For example, there is a lot of logic in Jesus' advice to avoid anger in order not to predispose yourself to the thought of murder.

Yes & no, Jesus said...
Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not kill; and whosoever shall kill shall be in danger of the judgment: But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire. Matthew 5:21-22
But Jesus also got angry with the money changers and he chased them out of the temple with a whip. Since Jesus was without sin , this anger was not sin. Righteous anger at the enemies of God and against sin is not a sin ,
So yes and no depending on the circumstances .
