Why are they on the spiritual and religious site if they don't believe in it and don't like preaching? Why do they want to argue with christians and try to destroy their faith? How can they do this and call themselves a good and decent person?
Christians are just trying to share their faith and experiences with God in order to help others who are in need.
Do you think they are like this because they doubt their own beliefe and can't face it. maybe they get some kind of strength in their belief system by ganging up on christians, and religions.
Do you think that they resist the christian God because they have a fear of loss of control and power, and refuse to be wrong? Or, are they just decieved.

If you are fed up then why don't you leave this site alone, and go on your way? Why subject yourself to us?

makes no sense.
most of the athiests on this site seem like they are pushing their belief on us.
if they believe that everyone has a right to state their opinion, then why do they insult and put down christians for doing the same thing?

First of all I want to say, I bind every demonic spirit that come across my answer. Jewel, we are living in the last days. It's not even about the people who don't believe, it's a spiritual thing! For we wrestle not against flesh and blood but against principalities, against the spirit of darkness of this world. It is power in believing. The devil is against what u believe in, and the bible tell u about these times which was to come, So put on the the whole Armour of God, that ye may stand against the wiles of the devil. Keep on believing the enemy always trying to devour what people believe in, that's why faith is the only thing that pleases god. Always overcome evil with good, and u be bless in Jesus Mighty name!

Much must be understood.

Both the Christians and the atheist believe. Belief is one side of the same coin and not knowing is the other. Not, that knowledge does not have another side of a coin. The presents of the holy, in an experiencing, has no opposite side to it. Millions on this planet experience this daily. There is no dogma in a sun rise, or sun set. Nor, is there doubt in the beauty of a flower, or a picture of the earth from outer space. An eternal light is in all of life. Its warmth is available to all that lose themselves in it. You can not be with the false ego and expect a merger with it. The merger can not happen so long as you are a Christian or an atheist. Dropping the ego is the key. This can be done in meditation through observation in deep silence. In this silence there is no thought, no belief, or faith. When the subject disappears, so also does the object. How can you see from a distance of this merger? Only the Holy is.

OK without trying to sound mean I will tell you....I have always been taught that Satan is the author of confusion, with that said I will say this.Christians are considerd soldiers of God so why wouldn't it be safe in saying that if people don't believe in God then the only alternative is to try to convince us we are wrong.I don't know anything at all about atheist and I don't care to know.I think they act so crude is because they think they can convince us that we are stupid because we don't believe like they do.I always wandered myself why they come to this section of y/a but they got to go somewhere so why not where Gods people gather(they can do their jobs for Satan I guess) .I don't think they doubt their belief but I think they feel superior when they put people down and try to make Christians look stupid.I personally think when the other shoe falls so to speak they will wish they had payed more attention to christian teachings.

I would think that a real atheist would avoid religious discussions, period. But the ones on here are somewhat odd. Seems to me like they have some type of hidden agenda, which makes me skeptical. But I also think that they're sick and tired of religious people telling them how bad they are, and that they'll supposedly go to hell, which i think is wrong for anyone but GOD to say so.

You ought to know that you're not speaking for all Christians here with this "question." Why does it bother you that atheists and other faiths come to this forum? It's for adult disussion, is it not? Are you not ready and willing to justify your beliefs to yourself? Are you not ready to defend your beliefs when there's a question worthy to answer? Are you not willing to see "the other side" to try to gain some understanding of them? Attract more flies with honey than vinegar, and all that.

Ha.. I think you should be asking that to your Christian followers.. YOU TRY TO PUT YOUR BELIEFS ON EVERYONE. It's no trying to convince what we believe. It's not even a case of believing or not. What we KNOW is a result of being EDUCATED.

As a matter of fact, what we believe IS true.

Learn to follow the rules, hon. Insulting others is a violation of the community guidelines, and lying about others is a violation of the commandment that prohibits bearing "false witness".
