It's a personal choice...as long as nothing dangles inappropriately or flashes into view, there is no problem with not wearing underwear. It can often be much more comfortable.

I usually only do that when out with my boyfriend to be a bit naughty. I don't do it unless I'm with him, otherwise I think it's a bit tacky.
